Shipping Policy

Our Domestic shipping policy entails the shipment of orders from our warehouse using third-party eCommerce logistics. Our goal is to ensure that the products reach you within 7-10 days after receiving your order and payment. Deliveries are typically made between 10.30am and 7pm from Monday to Sunday.

Our International shipping policy entails the shipment of orders from our warehouse using third-party eCommerce logistics. Our goal is to ensure that the products are delivered within 5-7 days after receiving your order and payment. Deliveries are typically made between 10.30am and 7pm from Monday to Saturday 

Please note that shipping and handling rates may vary depending on factors such as product type, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The specific charges will be provided during the checkout process, allowing you to be aware of them before making any payments.

To ensure prompt processing, orders received before 2pm. will be handled on the same day, while those received after 2pm. will be processed on the next business day. Do keep in mind that orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

There are certain factors that may lead to unsuccessful delivery, such as an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or closed premises. In the event of floods, heavy rains, or a national bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries for another suitable date. If your product cannot be delivered due to any of the aforementioned reasons, we will inform you accordingly.

In case of any shortages or damages, please report them to our customer service on the day of delivery via the “Contact Us” page on our website. Additionally, any shortage of goods must be highlighted and noted on the delivery challan copy, which should be returned to the delivery person.
