Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy


1. The "Food Safety" Rule (No Returns)

           Due to the perishable nature of food products and strict hygiene standards,  Curriies4u does not accept returns of food items once delivered.

  • We cannot accept opened or unopened packets back into our inventory for safety reasons.
  • Please review your cart carefully before placing an order.


2. Refunds & Replacements

 We will strictly offer a Refund or Replacement only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged/Leaking Packaging: If the packet arrives physically damaged or leaking.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a product different from what you       ordered.
  • Expired Product: In the rare event that a product is delivered past its expiry date.


How to Claim: You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.


  1. Email us at info@curriies4u.com 
  2. Include your Order ID.
  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product.

            Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement free of cost or process a full    refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


3. Cancellations

         Post-Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, we cannot cancel the order.


4. Return to Origin (RTO)

       If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address      or was unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts:

  • We will not be able to offer a refund for the food items.
  • Re-shipping will incur an additional shipping charge.
